Questions about a check
A signed-in user can identify a matter by its check number or report number. Confidential files and content should not be sent through an open channel when the identifier is sufficient to investigate the issue.
Payment and access
Payment details are displayed inside the created order. A payment enquiry should refer to the order number and receipt operation reference. Full banking details are not published on this open page.
Universities
An institutional enquiry should state the organisation name, expected number of checks and responsible representative. Once registered, staff access and roles are administered in the organisation workspace.
