About the IlmiyChek service
IlmiyChek is being developed as a practical tool for researchers, editors, reviewers and educational institutions in Uzbekistan. Its purpose is to compare a document carefully with available external information, without inventing records or making categorical claims when evidence is incomplete.
Working principles
A reviewer should be able to understand which document was recognised, which sources were queried, what agreed, where a discrepancy appeared and which limitations remain. The report therefore records its evidence as well as its outcome.
Handling data
The file is processed within the service. Only extracted details needed for internet queries are sent to external search providers. A confidential document can use a limited public report card.
What the service does not promise
IlmiyChek does not assign scientific merit, prove an author’s identity or replace an official examination. It helps collect and compare available facts in one protocol.
