Document verification for universities
Institutions need a repeatable process, not only an isolated result. In an organisation workspace, staff share a check allowance while leaders can monitor usage without exposing another employee’s document content in summary statistics.
Organisation access
Leader, organisation administrator and operator roles are available. Work can be distributed among staff, technical limits applied and remaining checks monitored, with notices at 50, 75, 90 and 100 percent usage.
Annual plans
Plans are designed for a department, faculty or whole university and grant a fixed number of checks for the contract year. Additional checks can be purchased after the allowance is exhausted. Credits are added after payment confirmation and each operation is logged.
Pre-defence review and evidence
IlmiyChek supports a consistent review of applicants’ publications, DOI records, journals, patents and submitted files. Every completed result has a number, PDF report, evidence links and a public QR verification card.
