Verify a document online
A diploma, certificate, decision, article and patent require different sources. Before searching, IlmiyChek identifies the document type, extracts key numbers and selects applicable routes, so absence from an irrelevant database cannot determine the outcome.
Supported documents
PDF, DOCX, PNG and JPEG files are accepted. Articles, dissertations, patents, grant decisions, diplomas, certificates, government records and other documents can be assessed when they contain verifiable details.
How the result is built
The file is first checked for safety and readability. Numbers, titles, persons and organisations are then recognised, applicable sources are searched, and evidence is organised into a field-level table of agreements and differences.
When evidence is insufficient
Not every document has a public register. A closed database, temporary failure or missing public record is not equivalent to forgery. The report states the evidence boundary and does not invent confirmation.
